A Christmas Message Edition #26b — Mon, 24 Dec 2001 I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone the very best for these holidays. Try to treat yourself as good as you deserve to be treated — and then do the same for everyone around you. Have faith: the world is getting better. I know. Last night I spent my Christmas Eve on a ship celebrating with the crew of the Texas Treasure 2 on which we played. There were 200 people there representing almost every country in the world: India, Hungary, Turkey, Ukraine, England, Germany, Indonesia, Philipines, Japan, USA, and many, many more. Each of us was away from home working on this ship and so this became our "family" to celebrate Christmas with. We were truly one world: happy, unfettered by the illusions of culturally and politically imposed differences. There were no differences between our hearts. We were brothers and sisters, as we truly are and should be. It was a great celebration and a great Christmas to remember. Have faith because this celebration is coming to the rest of the world, too, and it won't be that much longer. Soon we'll all be side by side on the Earth ship; no borders and sharing the joy of being alive in this wonderous and bountiful place called Earth. Hang on. Be Joyful.
